Having trouble upgrading your membership?

Do the following:

1) Click on the Update Membership Info button (orange button above)
2) Cancel your membership
3) Sign up with a different email OR wait until your renewal/cancelation date passes
4) Sign back up at the level you want.

Thank you for being a loyal member from the beginning! When we first launched we thought we had to tax memberships and learned a few months ago that we weren’t. By changing our memberships from taxed to non-taxed, the third-party membership system prevents our members from changing their membership. To fix this and allow our members to increase their membership (thank you for supporting our athletes), please follow the steps listed above.

Once this is done, you are free to upgrade or downgrade your membership anytime. We understand this is frustrating, but this is the only way our membership system is able to clear this issue.

Connect to the Membership Community/Dashboard

To access the new membership community:

  • Click on Login with Gator Collective
  • Enter your login information for this site again
  • Enter your profile information for the new community

Once you do this, you will not have to connect the website and the new membership community again.

We’ve found that when people are first getting used to logging in to the new system, there have been a couple of easy tricks that have helped to fix things.

  • Enter your email address using all lowercase.
  • Make sure you are using the same email/password as you use for this site.
  • Try clicking on the small message icon on the bottom right of any page of the website (this is a shortcut to the community instead of coming to this page).
  • If none of the above work, try going to https://community.gatorcollective.com to log in (using the tricks stated above).
  • Please check your spam mail for the email invitation that is sent by the system as well. This allows you to go directly to the new site.
  • If none of the above work – contact us via our Contact Page.

Login to the member Community below and then follow the steps outlined in this video.
