Gator Collective Staff

Gator Collective is run by a small group of people that are dedicated to seeing the success of Florida Athletics and the Athletes that make the University of Florida amazing. Through a vision from Eddie Rojas, this team has built one of the best NIL Collectives in the country. Go Gators.

Eddie Rojas

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

A former Florida Gator baseball pitcher in the early 2000s, Eddie Rojas has always been a strong advocate of college athletes benefiting from their name, image, and likeness. Once new laws were passed that finally allowed this, Eddie realized that he had an opportunity to help the next generation of Gator athletes be compensated for their name, image, and likeness and connect them with their biggest fans at the same time. Eddie also realized that to most people, the phrase “name, image, and likeness” spawns the idea of simply paying athletes to promote a product and then go on their way. So he set out to change the way people thought about NIL by creating a more interactive NIL platform, and thus, on September 2, 2021, Gator Collective was born. Today, Eddie continues to oversee all Gator Collective operations, forever aiming higher.

In addition to Gator Collective, Eddie serves as the founder and CEO of 401k Generation, a financial brokerage company with 40 employees and 8 advisors managing $3.5 Billion in assets. Eddie graduated from the University of Florida in 2001 with a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Eddie and his wife, Kelli, have three children, Brooklyn, Parker, and London.

Jennifer Grosso

A lawyer and a passionate Gator fan, Jennifer “Jen” Grosso handles many of the day-to-day operations for Gator Collective. Jen coordinates the NIL deals between the Collective and its athletes, helping structure them to fit each athlete’s needs. She also heads up the team to plan and execute Gator Collective events to bring players and fans together, including Fan Fests, mixers, podcast appearances, and more.

Jen is a double Gator, having graduated from UF in 1999 with a degree in finance and marketing and then earning her law degree from UF’s Levin College of Law in 2001. Also known affectionately as “Gator Jen” by many Gator fans, Jen serves on the Board of Directors for both the Sarasota County Gator Club and the Gator Good Foundation, the nonprofit organization which helps provide underprivileged Gator fans with an all-expenses-paid trip to their first Florida football game. Jen and her husband, Doug, live in Sarasota with their two children, Kate (13) and Daniel (9).
