Scott A Bryan
Scott is President / Principal and founding member of Bryan Builders, LLC., a national general contracting and construction management firm based in Longwood, FL. Scott graduated with a degree in construction management from the M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction at the University of Florida in 2000. During his time at UF, Scott was an offensive tackle and 3 year letter-winner for the Gators football program from 1995-98. Scott and his wife Stephenie reside in Longwood, FL and Beech Mountain, NC. where they are very active in local community support including as major sponsors for Habitat for Humanity – Central Florida, The First Tee, and Shriners Children’s Hospital. Scott is also a board member of Gator Boosters, Inc., 1858 Capital Partners based in Winter Park, FL as well as partner with The Porch Winter Park, and Porch South Orange restaurants.
A 1995 graduate of the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and distinguished military veteran, Frank Hamner has established himself as a legal scholar and powerful litigator. He has published research in construction litigation, employment law, and intellectual property, and has committed himself to the central Florida community with his service on numerous nonprofit boards. Prior to launching his private practice, Frank worked for one of the largest commercial law firms in Central Florida. Today he continues his strong litigation and administrative practices and serves as retained counsel to one of the largest corporate entities in the area. Frank also serves on the Board of Directors of Gator Boosters.
Chris LaFace is a graduate of UF’s Warrington College of Business Administration with a degree in Business Management. As the President and CEO of utilities contractor RIPA & Associates since 2004, Chris LaFace understands the intricacies of expanding a brand. His skills and expertise earned him Business Observer’s Entrepreneur Of The Year Award in 2015, [Read More] and as a true innovator, he’s always looking for ways to build off success and develop those around him. Chris is a mentor, shaping the community’s future. From serving on the boards of the Ronald McDonald House, the Randy Roberts Foundation and the UF Athletic Association to his work for the Tampa Pig Jog and Make-a-Wish Foundation, he is dedicated to being a difference maker in the community. Chris brings that spirit and passion to our Executive Advisory Board, where he enthusiastically sets out to spur Gator Collective to success.
Ryan von Weller
Ryan von Weller is COO of Wendover Housing Partners, a preeminent affordable and workforce housing developer based in Central Florida. Prior to joining Wendover, Ryan co-founded Orange Crown Holdings, which focuses on urban infill redevelopment. A third-generation University of Florida graduate, Ryan believes in creating impactful experiences for student-athletes that promote opportunities for personal and community growth. In addition to attaining his MBA at Rollins College, Ryan is a licensed real estate broker and is active with several local professional organizations. He was recently named one of the Orlando Business Journal’s Game Changers, which recognizes industry leaders poised to lead Central Florida’s most transformative initiatives. He and his wife Julie live in Winter Park and are involved with numerous local charities, including Habitat for Humanity and Support our Scholars.
